Fancamps, Fanfests and Ticket Exchange for the World Cup 2014 in Brazil

Can anyone suggest a cost effective way to get to the 2010 Fan Camp in Kruger? We will be in Johannesburg and the weekly safaris start on each Sunday during World Cup. We haven't found much info on how to travel to 2010 Camp other than fling in to the nearest airport which is called East Gate or Hoe...
