Fancamps, Fanfests and Ticket Exchange for the World Cup 2014 in Brazil

My friend sent in a reservation request last week but hasn't recieved a reply yet. The dates requested were for the 21st to the 27th camping with own tent. I'd appreciate confirmation of success or failure of this application asap so we know whether to look for alternative accomadtion or not. Thanks...
