Fancamps, Fanfests and Ticket Exchange for the World Cup 2014 in Brazil

Will there be a visit to England's training ground on the 11th? If so, what time? We arrive at camp on the 11th and leave on the 15th. Alternatively, is it possible to visit independantly on any date(we're on motorbikes)?
